NOTE:
-Prices are given in Euro per apartment / room per day
-Bookings for more people than the apartment capacity will incure surcharge as following:
Adults pay 70% of the price per person
Children up to 12 years pay 50% of the price per person
Children up to 2 years stay free of charge
RESIDENCE TAX :
-Residence tax for adults is 1€ per person per day and it is payed extra.
-Residence tax is free of charge for children up to 12 years old
-Children from 12 to 18 pay 50% of residence tax.
RESERVATION PROCEDURE:
-For booking confirmation 30% advance payment is required.
The rest of the price is payed
upon arrival.
-We accept two ways of advance payment:
1.Bank to Bank Wire Transfer
2.Western Union Money Sending
-Please note that we do not accept credit cards or travelers cheques for the time being.
PRICE INCLUDES:
-Bed linnen-changed every 7 days
-Set of towels-changed every 3 days
