PRICES:
-Prices are given in Euro per apartment (not per person) per day, without tourist tax.
-Bookings for more persons than apartment capacity is, will incur surcharge!
PRICE INCLUDES:
-bed linen (changed every 3/5 days or upon request)
-set of towels (two for each person, changed every 3 days or upon request)
-daily cleaning of the apartment (only during summer season,from June)
-use of wireless internet (FLAT, 5mbps)
-use of AC+TV
-beach parasol for every apartment/room
-Use of washing machine is charged : 5 EUR per wash
TOURIST TAX:
-Tourist tax for adults is 1€ per person per day and it is payed extra.
-Tourist tax is free of charge for children up to 12 years old
-Children from 12 to 18 pay 50% of residence tax.
RESERVATION PROCEDURE:
-30% advance payment is required for booking confirmation.
-The rest of the price is payed on the arrival day.
-For bookings which are longer than 12 days,
50% of total price is needed as prepayment!
-We accept two ways of advance payment:
1.Bank to Bank Wire Transfer (payment to our bank account)
2.Western Union Money Transfer
